When you publish content on this site — in a plot URL, a poster image, a caption, a forum message, a character name, or anywhere else — you agree it will NOT be, contain, promote, or link to any of the following:
Forbidden content
- Child sexual abuse material, or anything sexualising minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or images of identifiable people used without their permission.
- Content that incites or threatens violence against a person or group.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting people on the basis of protected characteristics.
- Terrorism or extremist recruitment material.
- Content that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights.
- Defamatory statements — false claims of fact that damage someone's reputation.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, fake wallet prompts, impersonation of other projects or people.
- Malware, drive-by downloads, or URLs that lead to any of the above.
- Spam — mass-purchased plots or posters all pointing to the same site, or automated content.
- Unlicensed regulated-finance promotions, illegal goods or services under UK law, or anything a reasonable UK court would classify as unlawful.
Forbidden behaviour
- Evading rate limits, bans, or content removals via alt accounts.
- Disrupting or attacking the service, or probing for vulnerabilities without explicit permission.
- Misusing the report/flag system (false reports, mass-reporting to hide legitimate content).
- Scraping user data beyond what any logged-in user can reasonably see.
What happens if you break these rules
- Posters: we mask or delete the board. No refund.
- Plots: we stop displaying the URL on the grid. The on-chain record stays, because we can't alter Bitcoin transactions. No refund.
- Forum posts: deleted. Repeat offences lead to account suspension.
- Account: suspended or deleted. Associated plots/posters go dark.
- Serious incidents (illegal content): reported to UK law-enforcement via the IWF or appropriate agency.
Takedown requests
Email takedown@bitcoinisbsv.com with the specific plot coordinates or poster slot ID, a description of the breach, and your contact details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Good-faith complaints are welcome. Bad-faith or abusive takedown claims may be denied.
